How to Show Up For Your Audience During Hard Times

Right now is a time when we need to be powerfully speaking up about some topics that have been taboo for quite some time now: race, skin color differences, social injustice, prejudice...etc. but as a white woman this can be very difficult to do.

We fear that we are going to say the wrong thing, that our words will come off as insensitive and hurt someone’s feelings.

Our ego keep us small and quiet and tell us that these topics are too uncomfortable so we better not say anything at all.

Or "Why do I need to speak up about this when everyone already is?!"

Well as life coaches, it's our job to say the thing that no one else is saying. This is what we do for clients during our sessions so why wouldn't we do it in our content right now as well??

In today's video you'll learn:

  • a simple phrase you can use to let your audience know you care about them

  • ideas on how to use your coaching platform as a powerful change agent right now

  • the number one way you SHOULDN'T be showing up right now with your audience
